2026年10月7日，用友网络越南公司与越南鹰诺自动化有限公司（INNOREV VIETNAM CO., LTD.，以下简称“鹰诺越南”）在越南北宁省安丰举行用友ERP+PLM项目启动会。项目将以用友ERP与用友智石开PLM为核心，打通产品设计、生产制造、供应链与财务核算数据，为鹰诺越南搭建统一规范的中越双语数智化管理平台。

On October 7, 2026, Yonyou Vietnam and INNOREV VIETNAM CO., LTD. (“INNOREV Vietnam”) held the kick-off meeting for their Yonyou ERP + PLM project in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh Province. Built on Yonyou ERP and Yonyou PLM, the project will connect data across product design, manufacturing, supply chain and finance, giving INNOREV Vietnam a unified Chinese–Vietnamese bilingual management platform.

INNOREV Vietnam is an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Colibri Technologies Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002957). Opened in 2023, its plant is located in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh Province, and employs more than 300 people. Integrating R&D and production, INNOREV Vietnam takes on overseas capacity for mobile device brand customers and provides them with localized service and support.

在移动终端领域，鹰诺为品牌客户提供摄像头检测、摄像头模组检测、红外安全检测、马达振动检测、光感应传感器检测等设备，主要用于移动终端整机及模组的检测；其自主研发的摄像头检测与标定技术已在行业内广泛应用。

In the mobile device sector, INNOREV provides brand customers with test equipment for cameras, camera modules, infrared safety, motor vibration and light sensors, mainly used for testing complete devices and modules. Its in-house camera testing and calibration technologies are widely applied across the industry.

选型背景

作为集研发、生产为一体的海外基地，鹰诺越南需要把研发设计数据与生产、财务数据放在同一平台上管理。此次项目同步建设ERP与PLM：以用友ERP承载财务、供应链、生产与成本管理，以用友智石开PLM从源头规范物料编码、图文档与BOM管理。根据项目规划，鹰诺越南希望借此统一主数据与财务核算体系，打通系统间的数据壁垒，让供应链业务数据、项目合同数据与财务数据实时联动。

As an overseas base that integrates R&D and production, INNOREV Vietnam needs to manage design data together with production and financial data on one platform. The project builds ERP and PLM in parallel: Yonyou ERP supports finance, supply chain, production and cost management, while Yonyou PLM standardizes material coding, drawings and documents, and BOM management at the source. INNOREV Vietnam aims to unify master data and financial accounting, remove data barriers between systems, and keep supply chain, project contract and financial data synchronized in real time.

对自动化设备制造企业而言，设计数据能否准确、及时地传递到采购、生产与成本核算，直接影响交付效率与成本控制。ERP与PLM同步建设，正是为了让这条数据链路从设计端一次打通。

For automation equipment manufacturers, how accurately and quickly design data reaches purchasing, production and cost accounting directly shapes delivery efficiency and cost control. Building ERP and PLM together allows this data flow to be connected from the design stage onward.

The core teams of Yonyou and INNOREV jointly attended the kick-off meeting. The Yonyou project team presented the project objectives and scope, the implementation plan, the organization and responsibilities of both project teams, and the implementation methodology and risk management mechanism.

鹰诺越南关键用户团队覆盖销售、研发、采购、计划、生产、质量等部门，由中越两国员工共同组成，共15人参加启动会。

INNOREV Vietnam’s key user team covers sales, R&D, purchasing, planning, production and quality, and brings together Chinese and Vietnamese employees, with 15 members attending the kick-off.

用友团队代表在致辞中表示，鹰诺越南是科瑞技术全球化布局中的重要制造基地，此次ERP+PLM项目不仅是一个系统项目，更是企业全球化进程中的一项基础工程。用友将把鹰诺作为重点项目，与鹰诺团队紧密协同，携手把项目做成双方合作的标杆工程。

In his speech, Representative of the Yonyou team said that INNOREV Vietnam is a key manufacturing base in Colibri Technologies’ global footprint, and that this ERP + PLM project is not just a system project but a foundational step in the company’s globalization. Yonyou will treat INNOREV as a priority project and work closely with its team to make it a benchmark project of the partnership.

鹰诺越南项目经理随后在讲话中表示，希望双方团队尽快磨合到位，借助用友丰富的项目实施经验，以标准产品为主、减少定制开发，帮助鹰诺越南轻装快速上线。

Project Manager of INNOREV Vietnam, then expressed his hope that both teams would quickly build a strong working rhythm, and that, drawing on Yonyou’s extensive implementation experience and relying mainly on standard product capabilities with minimal customization, INNOREV Vietnam could go live quickly and efficiently.

项目范围与目标

项目围绕三个目标展开：

The project is built around three objectives:

一是业务规范：统一主数据管理与财务核算体系，实现业务流程标准化、规范化；

Standardized operations: unify master data management and the financial accounting system, and standardize business processes;

二是业财融合：打通系统间数据壁垒，实现供应链业务数据、项目合同数据与财务数据实时联动；

Business–finance integration: break down data barriers between systems so that supply chain, project contract and financial data are linked in real time;

三是统一平台：构建ERP+PLM一体化平台，主数据、业务流程与财务信息统一管理，为鹰诺越南后续的信息化发展打下基础。

A unified platform: build an integrated ERP + PLM platform that manages master data, business processes and financial information in one place, laying the foundation for INNOREV Vietnam’s future digital development.

实施范围方面，ERP覆盖财务（总账、应收、应付、固定资产）、生产制造（工程数据、生产管理、需求计划）、供应链（采购、销售、库存）与成本会计，并配置越南语包、报表打印与移动审批等本地化应用；PLM覆盖物料编码与分类、文档与产品管理、零部件及标准库、产品结构与BOM变更管理，通过与SolidWorks集成获取CAD设计数据，并与用友ERP集成，将设计BOM直接传递到ERP。

In terms of scope, ERP covers finance (general ledger, receivables, payables and fixed assets), manufacturing (engineering data, production management and demand planning), supply chain (purchasing, sales and inventory) and cost accounting, together with localized applications such as the Vietnamese language pack, report printing and mobile approval. PLM covers material coding and classification, document and product management, parts and standard parts library, product structure and BOM change management. It integrates with SolidWorks to capture CAD design data and with Yonyou ERP to pass design BOMs directly into ERP.

—— Implementation Approach ——

项目采用用友标准实施方法，按规划启动、蓝图方案、系统建设、上线切换、上线支持与验收五个阶段推进，PLM与ERP分步上线。双方将共同完成业务调研、方案设计、数据准备、系统测试与上线切换；用友将编写中越双语操作手册，开展最终用户培训与考核，并在上线期间提供现场支持，陪同完成首月月结。

Following Yonyou’s standard implementation methodology, the project will move through five phases—planning and kick-off, blueprint design, system build, go-live cutover, and post-go-live support and acceptance—with PLM and ERP going live in stages. The two teams will jointly carry out business research, solution design, data preparation, system testing and cutover. Yonyou will provide Chinese–Vietnamese bilingual user manuals, end-user training and assessment, and on-site support during go-live, including the first month-end close.
